Bit of a warning for anyone sitting on the fence regarding Festool products as I know a few are tempted by the package deals on the Domino's at the moment.

Anywho, seems Festool will be upping prices in April in the States so I suspect we will feel the pain here as well. Perhaps there are some dealer on here who can elaborate?

I came across something the other day about this and i think there are a few items not having a price increase. But i can't remember where i saw it ( probably FOG) or which tools. :oops:

I'm hoping the increase isn't too much as i can't buy anything till after April 6.

Until January I never owned any Festool gear, then ended up using three Christmas vouchers before the end of Feb. Some of their stuff seems well over-priced, tables etc. Glad I got the bits I did now, although it was a massive stretch, as I'd imagine they'd be the things that might go up in price.

I thought prices went up in January?
I think some prices have gone up in the last week or so. Had a look at a cxs in one of my ebay lists and it was a tenner more than the written list i had in front of me, which was based on my ebay list prices.

Prices did go up in January.

CXS are currently on special via nuts and bolts (and maybe other dealers) if anybodys interested.

I have several new profanities in development should there be a second rise this year.

We've had the price rise already back in January ;-). April is when they normally release new tools.

Yeah I thought it was meant to be in January, but I had a few things on my wish list and the prices are no different now to before Christmas - if anything some prices dropped.

As for the new tools, some of them are all but released (media wise at least) to some extent;

TSC55 saw
Vecturo multi tool
BHC 18 Hammer drill
Etc......

There doesn't seem to be any replacement tools such as new sanders or routers though.
