Ordered a few more cutters from Wealden last week and as always, delivery was quick and the cutters seem great. One though, a 6.0mm straight 2 flute, has chipped on the first usage. The wood was a fresh walnut blank, no knots, no nails etc. I'm going to contact them on Monday but does anyone have any experience of having to return stuff? I realise from their perspective they probably have to protect against people abusing the cutters, but I've had it only a few hours, and only one flute has broken, the other is intact (which surely wouldn't be indicative of it hitting something untoward?).
Cheers.
