Door and Window designs?

Hi all, I've recently got the hang of making basic timber windows and doors and I'd like to start trying some more complicated designs. Instead of staring at different types of doors and windows, trying to work out how I'd put them together, I'd love to have some solid Illustrated reference I could lay my hands on.
My ideal thing would be an encyclopedia of nice, clear, exploded diagrams of every single design ever built, but short of this does anyone know of any book (or online source) which might be close to what I'm talking about?

+1 for Ellis. I got a S/H copy from Abe Books. I forget what I paid, but it was a lot less than £30.

Also FWW have a compilation book on the subject, IIRC.
