Hi guys, posted this in the 'general' section yesterday as i didn't know quite where to put it really, and was hoping for a few more replies :( , or maybe that's it, Maple and oak are the best :D

Hi Nick,

I made three large kitchen worktops from Elm about a year ago and have been really pleased with the results. They are hard wearing and look beautiful ( I was lucky enough to get a few burrs in there). I can send you pictures if you like?
