OK, Dave Richards a previous member with much Sketch up experience has posted me plans and cutting list for a corner cupboard, thanks again Dave.

This project is going to be tackled with man made boards and worked with rebates instead of biscuits or dowels (never had complete success with dowels, always a dowel setting plays up for me)

Plan.

cutting list.

working instructions.

Rebates on the back edges of the sides and bottom to receive the back. Dadoes for the bottom and shelves--I only show one but you can figure out where you want to put all three. Cleats on the inside at the top glued to the sides, screws into underside of top. Same idea for cleats on the back but glue and screw them to the top/bottom first. Screws through the back into the cleats.

Face frame of solid wood glued and nailed to front of case. Use finish nails, recess heads, apply putty to hide the holes. I didn't detail the doors. they could be slab doors or frame panel or whatever you feel like doing.

I have cheated. I had two old MFI bookcases (purchased 1984) which were full on the otherside of the room but I have taken the back off one and joined it to the other case and made a double width cupboard. (the wife wants a door fitted!). This as enabled the storage of large watercolour pictures on the top shelf, my selection of video cassettes on bottom shelf and a free shelf at present in centre.

The top is now displaying some projects and most importantly three turnings plus a box given me by members here and from Australian forums, plus another three of my own boxes.

Video attached of one side of playroom with second computer switched on with set up showing for the music to yamaha keyboard .
