Changeing blade Evolution Rage 3 255

Hi all,

Think I'm following instructions but cannot remove blade. I have loosened nut and arbor, but blade guard is in the way of sliding blade out. I am unable to lift blade guard clear manually. i.e. when I lift the whole assembly to slide blade out, blade guard shuts to cover blade.

Anybody got one ?
