bud vase tubes in the uk?

Hi all, seen plans for a bud vase holder I would like to make but it seems that a bud vase tube isn't something readily available in the uk, Google searches bring up nothing much.

So what do people use for them? Test tubes are around but don't know if they are the same size, also acrylic seem even harder to find.

So what do people use here? Ta
