Bottle stopper kits

I have done a few of the heavy type bottle stopper kits from Axminster in the past, but have been asked about making quite few.... at around £3.50 they arn't all that expensive to have a few kicking around.
That said, I have seen the body in various forms, for beading projects and such. I have also seen ones on ebay, from China that look the same, with a finial screwed in by the looks of it...

Anyone else explored this avenue?
Worth a quid to have a look if no one has done so already...

In case anyone wondered, it arrived... plating has a few bubbles in it, and its a lightweight hollow thing.... think i'll stick with the dearer ones!
