blade clamps

I've recently purchased a second hand axminster FS24 scroll saw with a problem on the top blade clamp, does anyone know if they can be changed to a quick release clamping system? any links greatly appreciated and thanks in advance

Difficult to tell anything from your photo, it appears to be focussed on the WD40. I've no idea what the FS24 looks like and Google doesn't appear to be any wiser. What's your problem with the clamp? Is it something that could be fixed?

Have to agree with Martin so could you please post clearer pictures of the saw (especially the top clamp) along with a more comprehensive description of the problem ?
