Best type of oil finish for oak worktop

I would appreciate any advice or experience of oil finishes for a new oak kitchen worktop. I'm considering danish oil, Liberon finishing oil or hardwax oil.

I'd use a hardwax oil like Osmo Top Oil - which is designed for the job you have in mind. I've used it on an oak coffee table which has since had various hot liquids spilled on it and suffered no marks from the abuse!
