I would like to know does anyone make bandsaw boxes and what bandsaw they use i have made one using my record BS350 bandsaw with a quarter inch blade it turned out ok but i think i would of got better results with a 1/8 blade i dont think i could fit a 1/8 blade in my bandsaw without making some adjustments the guides what do you guys think and would i get better results with a small bandsaw or would it be possible to use a scroll saw or fret saw any help would be appreciated Merry Christmas to all and Thanks in advance

I have made 1 so far. I have a Startright 352 and can use a 1/4" 6tpi blade at the moment. Back off the 2 rear edges of any bandsaw or scroll saw blade with an abrasive stone to get a tighter turning circle. I am just about to start making a few more of these boxes. I will probably line the drawers with flocking, suede tex.
