Hi all,
I get Axminster vouchers from the children for Christmas, birthday and Fathers' Day. They now have an expiry date on but previously did not, and I allowed two to go out of date. My fault, accidentally but still my fault. I contacted customer service and they said normally the vouchers would be invalid but they would make an exception. I posted the cards to them and this morning received replacements. Yet again good customer service. Thank you Axminster.
