im making a fitted wardrobe for a hotel, the carcase is all going to be 18mm mr mdf. its going to include 2 doors and a cupboard to hide a tv, under the cupboard are 5 drawers, all the visible insides of the carcase will be painted.

what i would like to know is, what material i should use to make the drawers (front and sides)? mdf, ply, tulip or whatever? and how much of the drawers should i paint?

also can anyone recommend a good place to purchase pivot sliding door rails and higes?

cheers

You could use a good quality 12mm ply like birch ply for the drawers if you don't want to paint. Or mdf will be fine. Then cut an mdf drawer fronts and fix them on once the drawers are in place.

the drawer fronts will be painted they also have a decorative bead around the edges. iv got the rutlands drawer making router bits so thats the construction method sorted.
