How interesting. I immediately thought "they can't say that - the Distance Selling Regulations apply" and was pleased to see that their Returns Policy acknowledges that they do.
 
Oh my good grief, an honest person. We can't have that, how can we stop him? If it gets out that someone is honest, how will the rest of the people selling things get away with it? You'll be wanting stuff to be worth what it costs next. NOOOO, stop it, the basis of capitalism and therefore freedom is under attack, stop honesty, it isn't right! We'll sent a drone to blow him up with a Hellfire missile, he must be a terrorist!!!!
 
A similar frankness worked very well for estate agent Roy Brooks in the 60s. He was famous for listing all the defects of properties he was selling and saying that nobody should buy them. He made quite a large fortune at it.
