Is that the River Merse/Maas running passed your backyard?

If you throw a bottle in that it will eventually drift passed the backyard of the house my mother was born in, in Limburg, Netherlands.

Yep and the source is only 45 km upstream.
Biggest shame about the river is no decent edible fish to fish for.
