Advice needed - Guillet Bal 21 sliding Panel saw

Would anyone know where I can find any information on an old Guilliet Sliding Panel saw? I have one and although it works fine, I can’t for the life of me figure out how to change speeds. Theres a cut out panel on the deck, which once exposed allows access to the motor, pulley and belt, but for the life of me, I can’t figure out how you shift the belt.

any other information would be gratefully appreciated.

You may need to add a model number for a better response, plenty of this make on google but without the model number you will struggle

I've since found out that's it's French made, Guillet Bal 21
