Builders merchant are after £2.30 for some bananaed PSE
Timber yard £1.33 for sawn, £3.30 for planed on demand.

I got the following prices for "Unsorted Redwood, Russian" last week, it kinda makes for an apples to oranges comparison, but...

• 25×150mm sawn, £1.85/linear metre
  
• 50×150mm sawn, £1.95/linear metre
  
• 21×219mm P.A.R., £2.60/linear metre
