    Blade Tidy

    Knocked this up from some plastic test tubes (ebay), some scrap pine and dowel, and a knob from my "that may be useful one day box". I did cheat and do the holes with Forstner bits. If anyone is interested I can describe how its done

    Cutting copper

    The dolphins are cut from 0.7mm sheet backed with 1.5mm card .The shapes are from 0.9 unbacked sheet. All were cut with FD 3 Metal blades

    Simple Pictures

    SIP blade modifications

    I have modified my Sip to make blade changing easier and turn the top clamp into a quick release. The indexing lever was a straight swap for the allen bolt Cost £7.77 inc.P&P from here. Part numberWDS 8229-2042045 and they do all kinds so may be useful for owners other machines...
