    I used to buy cheap chopping boards from Ikea , and laser engrave (could CNC) yes no on them .. sold quite well at £20 a pop .. mostly for display , but the other side can still be used

    Also , End Grain will split and warp in the dishwasher ... yes the buyers will !!! , even if you have told them not to , then word spreads , don't buy from them , ours fell apart etc. ..

    Spraying MDF

    have a practice on some cheap hardboard 1st :) Practice is worth it's time, over and over ! See how the gun performs, maybe try thinning the paint a bit and spraying some more till you get the best results Rich

    Are all pva's the same ?

    after using screwfix cheapy PVA that I bought in bulk many years ago, I was very happy with it. It ran out, and no longer available, so I tried many other cheap brands. I ended up with TB ... in gallon (us) jugs, it's as cheap as any other 'decent' glue. and I've never had any problems with it

    flourescent lights?

    I was looking too, last year. I came to the conclusion that they are energy hungry and might be being phased out ?? This was just by looking at the energy ratings listed with each light type. I am still building my new workshop, so will need some kind of lighting early this year. Dont know...

    Axminster Air Nailer AW50N - Problems

    I kept looking at it thinking there is nothing to go wrong, apart from wear / seals !. It's much like a car piston / valve , which I can fix easily ! It was the valve / tube in the trigger that gave the game away :)
