    A very interesting re-working of a Victorian device 8) (at least the one I tried was Victorian), by encapsulating the mirror/lens you do away with the horrendous reflections it was prone too, plus it keeps the drawing the right way up something my feeble brain couldn't cope with :? . Good on...

    I'll dig out the article on one of this months magazines it is a beginners guide to handcarving, does and don'ts and what a basic kit should have etc, if this is of use.

    In the Met the form you need is/was a RTA (Road Traffic Act) 966 an allegation of reckless/careless driver. IMHO the more witnesses the stronger the case. They rarely proced with Police instagated prosecutions these days as it is usually 1 PC v ! Member of the Public (MOP). The more the merrier...
