    workshop build (THE GREEN MONSTER)

Page 2 of my local authority's planning regs doc: http://www.eppingforestdc.gov.uk/Librar ... nning3.pdf Looks like you're right. The workshop could be this distance away, but it doesn't look like it - could well be an optical illusion due to using the wideangle lens, though. S Edit: From...

    staple sizes

Assuming your gun is in the 181/191 sort of range, you can get all the supplies you want from B&Q if this makes things easier. They do a nail or staple selection pack (loads and loads and.. loads in them) for less than £7. S

    B&Q Why even Bother

I use one of the aforementioned router table / router packages - works fine for me and is nice and sturdy. For those of us who can't justify £200 on a router and £100 on a table / materials to make a table, it's fine - just don't expect a £300 package and you'll be fine :D

    Harp Stool Mechansim

Your daughter sure is a lucky one - my Dad is a musician and knows of a number of harpists, one of whom has just spent (let's just say more than a normal car) on one from Germany... Don't forget you'll need an estate car if she goes pro ;) Back on topic: Assuming that a harp stool is similar...

    Advice on decorating tools

Hi Pete, I have a lot of experience with small rotary tools, though I have not used them for carving. What I would say is: 1) Don't worry about brand, but make sure you have a good guarantee 2) Make sure you get a flexible shaft (the body of the tools, although they are smaller than a drill...

Hi Paul. Are you implying that the CCSL from Axminster would not be a good start, or are you saying that second hand wouldn't be a good idea? Cheers :) Sam
