well as datapowertools promised, it arrived at today and pleased to say they sent me the correct 240v version...so i am happy as the proverbial piggy in the doodaa's :-)

You are right, looks like they have changed the price. i double checked my receipt to make sure i ordered the 240v one and luckily i did, so i can only guess it was a pricing error on their part that they have now corrected! Lets wait and see if i get a 240V version, fingers crossed!!
