    its a 400mm radius curve, made from 3mm mdf vacuum formed section is 75mm high 24mm thick groove needs to be centre of the 24mm and 15mm deep

    sash cramps

    what are people using for clamping doors up? I've used all sorts of sash cramps and always go back to the record t-bar ones as these seem to just work so good and get joints up nice and tight and virtually unbreakable? any other recommendations

    Shaker door question

    as above, I've always used adjustable groovers as the mdf varies so much, so get it that panel slips in nice, too tight and be hard to square up, then little glue, always MDF styles and rails were possible, Tulip styles and hinge side if its taking a butt hinge.

    thanks for the help, Retire2004 thats the idea i had in mind have some thing made up, I've got a lathe for £275 so the restoration will start, will be upgrading to a 1.5hp variable speed motor kit too :-)
