Just clicked on your website link and noticed you do the beekeeping. I want to start that myself and I thought I'd try the Warre natural method. I'm going to make my own hives. Any suggestion on species of timber? Thought I'd leave it unplaned on the inside.

I'd like to attach some kind of mitre stop to my DeWalt DW712 mitre saw. I've looked at the Kreg Precision Track & Stop Kit but that's a bit pricey and I've also looked at the axminster "perfect stop" but that one has poor reviews. Anybody tried a different kind or made their own?

I've decided to order the Scheppach ha2600. I'll let you know how it was. Interesting to hear you give your chippings to the local stables, good idea. Any other uses for it? Ideally I'd love to be able to make briquettes out of it for the log burner.
