    is it true that alot of tenon saw plate is glued into the back? wouldnt that make removing the back impossible? how would u clean a rusty saw then?

    c when its got a bump in it theres no way of making it steady as u sand it, its gonna b unstable. If it had a hollow then i wouldnt mind so much cuz its stable.

    ye all that is very good and all but man does it leave the saw looking ugly or at the very least raises eyebrow when u first c it.

    how does 'traversing' effect flattening? when should i plane across the grain ie 90 degree to the grain?

    lets say i wanna flatten a board that has a typical twist in it ie 2 high corners, 2 low corners. wats the step by step process i need to take inorder to get it flat? the no.7 is used for true flatness.

    hi yall this is my first post, nice forum. I was wondering why are some backsaws tapered? i c no reason for this other than to make an uneven cutting depth.
