Hi yes you can use the 2.4ah charger , just takes a little longer , I personally prefer the slow charge , I have 2.4 ,4.5 and the 12ah smart charger but mostly only use the 2.4 chargers with my batteries

IMO performance tools are great and half the price of “ brand name “ tools , I have been using the green tools for years and they have well surpassed my expectations so I upgraded to the performance range as they became available if your in Spain, Germany and some other countries you can buy...

hi phil , I have the evolution saw and track package , but find myself using a Parkside plunge saw over the evolution saw ,, so much less mess( sawdust) and easier to setup depth and even feels safer to use ,,,

Don’t buy fake batteries! Buy branded other maker batteries that are made to fit your brand of tools ,,, old batteries can also be repacked with new cells that can match the ome or even exceed them for a fraction of the price of a new ome battery,,,

I have the parkside saw , and to be honest it is a little better with a 4ah battery than a 2ah battery much like the angle grinder , that with a 2ah batt is a paint to use but with the 4ah its fine ,, out of all the parkside tools it’s the one I am most disappointed with ,, it will do the job...
