Thought a photo may help and this shows the rear thrust bearing position. The square blocks are set either side, just off the blade, but the thrust bearing needs to be behind the blade. Set it up so that it is just not touching when you turn the wheel, but as soon as you cut timber, it turns, but it stops the blade moving backwards.

yes it does help thanks Alexam will go out there today and try fixing it. seem everything I buy needs work doing to it lol but then for £30 what do I expect ;)

any one got any ideas on how to make a guide rail for this? photos would be cool please if you have any I could look at :)

or can you buy them?
