These days I seem to spend more time rescuing and renovating than I do actually making things out of wood.
I need to part with some bits of kit, but am having a hard time deciding what to keep.

Which is viewed as the better made - Inca or Emco? And why!

Thanks

i really like my inca planer thicknesser and had a nice inca bandsaw too. I cant speak for Emco

what inca kit do you have?

Hi

It's a small tablesaw (the 159? I think). The plus points are that I can stand a 2p piece on edge on the table when it's running and it has a table extension and the full mortising attachment. The downside is that it has no mitre fence (nor does the Emco) and one of the curved lugs for tilting the table is snapped, so really only good when set flat. I'm inclined to keep it and sell the Emco though.

No. Sell the Inca. *Furiously googles how far Buckinghamshire is from my house*
