Evening
I've been asked by the local pub landlord to make a couple of raised dog water stations after he saw mine. I finished mine with shellac. But I am thinking it might not be the right choice for his. The dog get water all over them, they will probably get knocked around and also figure they may occasionally get left out over night.
What recommendations are out there?
Also on a noob separate question. Watching new Yankee workshop and norm always uses poplar as cheap hardwood to paint on as. Am I right that's it's called tulipwood over here? Is there a better cheap hardwood for painted projects?
Cheers
