Undelivered parcel scam

Thought I should make you all aware of this. If you get a card through your letter box telling you that a company called PDS have tried unsuccessfully to deliver a parcel and to call the number on the card to rearrange......DON'T, the number immediately locks you into a premium dialler and will cost you £15. minimum.

I'm not convinced the £15 minimum bit is correct - the maximum rate for any premium line is £1.50/minute, with no "minimum call length" AFAIK.
