I thoroughly enjoyed watching that, quite impressive how quickly the rasps formed the shape. Might cause purist turners to wince a bit!

That rasp certainly cuts through the fibres, would be easy to mess up a couple at first I reckon.
As Custard said, rather a dusty job
Awkward to devise an extractor for that jobby.

Do it as you would on a lathe when batch making Eric, make a template of the profile and keep trying it.
 
Useful!

And fwiw the standard approach to making a matched set is to make more than you need and pick out the best ones.

that guy is dangerous he cuts the outside of the template first on the bandsaw meaning his fingers are then closer to the blade to cut the inside curve out and hes to lazy to change the blade which means it harder to cut the inside curve of the template and tbh for 2 drawer pulls i would have cut the rosewood wider and cut it as one pull then sanded and split after you then have the identical shape
