Beautiful Horst, the proportions and sharpness of transition detail are great, the variation in colour between the sap and core wood shows the characteristics of the walnut off very well.
I love walnut but there are times when due to it's dark colour some of the beauty is lost unless viewing up close.

Nice piece love the proportions and finish. Nice to see chucking points removed. Looks like you of the best of a fantastic bit of walnut
