I have just fired 2 x timber hinged double garage doors 3m wide each.
I am looking for a way to seal the bottom to stop water leaves etc getting in. The gap underneath is approx 10mm

Door hinged at top or side?
If side hinged you could fit door brushes, it wouldn't be watertight but would probably reduce the water ingress.
If it's top hinged then what about a foam or rubber seal that you find on car doors? You can probably get it on a reel. You can get stuff for house doors too.

Used some of that brush stuff this week on a pool cover lid, looks quite smart.
