Colonial Williamsburg - that's a good series - I watched the one on silversmithing. Brilliant.

It's sad that we have nothing like Williamsburg; neither Beamish not Blists Hill do "craft" to the same level.

I enjoyed that. He made it look so easy. Its a shame places like Beamish don't put more effort into showing skilled crafts. I go there quite often and on my last visit I was watching a young lad attempting to start a little open crank engine in the new ice cream shop. Poor lad was chewing his pluck out. (hammer)
