Hi

New to the forums here.

I am working on a 1 inch thick plywood.
I want to round off the whole length of the edges to a point so the cross section is similar to a rifle bullet head where the tapering is curved not straight.
What tools can do this and make it uniform for the whole length?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

Get hold of a large ovolo router cutter and use the top part of the section, routing from both sides? You wouldn't be able to use the bearing though, as you wouldn't be using that part of the cutter -you'd need a fence. Assuming of course that you can't get the right shaped cutter somewhere - Wealden is always worth a look.

Thanks for your reply - will look into the router bits and hopefully can find one suitable.
