Table Saw Turntable

Has anyone made a turntable to facilitate the movement of a table saw (Startrite 145)
I have a small workshop and although I could just about accommodate this saw, movement
would need to be "On the spot" so to speak.

The saw is 3 phase so any info on conversion to single phase would be appreciated.
