Can anybody suggest where I can get hold of some T nuts/T profile to fit into the slots of the sliding table on a casadei sliding table.
Slots are 18mm wide and then open out to 32mm max

Thanks

I'm not sure exactly what you need (I don't know what your "thingy" is), but amongst others, you'll find Arc Eurotrade has a good selection of such stuff.

Check out the links in the sticky at the top of the Metalworking Section - you'll find other possibilities there too.

I mention Arc because I've dealt with them before, their on line catalogue is easy to navigate, their prices are sensible, and their service is good and reliable.

HTH, usual disclaimers.

Make them. Buy steel strip that has width to just fit the narrow part of the slot and thickness to just fit the height of the wide part. H in the diagram

Cut one end at about 30 degrees and the other parallel to that such that the piece will slide in the bottom of the tee slot with the sloping edges in contact with the sides.
Drill and tap with the thread to match your bolts. Choose bolt lengths so that the end of the bolt does NOT bottom in the tee slot but just pulls the nut up to grip on the "ears" of the tee slot. Whilst you are at it make some with other threads too perhaps
