I have 3cm above the Formacell used for my ceilings. Was hoping to get spots in, however they clearly need fire safety heat clearance. Does anyone know of some really low profile LED spots?

Thanks, Dave

Not sure whether you can buy that small without looking Dave but you shouldn't have too many heat problems with modern LEDs. I've fitted 5wt latest generation (choose the warm grade) which run cool and give an amazing amount of light,
I've used both of these companies but plenty others available. http://www.brightlightz.co.uk/ and http://www.simplyled.co.uk/

cheers

Most LED downlight i have looked at at 10cm high and require 5cm space all around. i assumed this was for heat.
