Has anyone got or used the SIP 01335 thicknesser or experience with SIP products for that matter?
I am in the market for a thicknesser and after reading threads on 2 topics had just about settled on the DeWalt 733. The other possibility was the Delta 560 but this seems to have been discontinued with no replacement.
Whilst searching for prices I came across the SIP model and at an average price of £320 it is only about £30 cheaper than the Dewalt so is not exactly bargain basement. However it is for sale (new) on eBay at £189.99 including delivery and I wonder if this is more its true price or if it is a bargain? On the other hand, is the more general figure of £320 inflated?
Rightly or wrongly I have always associated this brand with the lower end makes/clones such as NuTool and Clarke so would be interested in any feedback or comments on the brand and hopefully on this machine.
