Screw bath to wall clip recommendation

Our bath is moving ever so slightly and I've noticed this is because the original plumber did a cowboy job by drilling in screws.

I've attached an image and looking for some clip which I can screw into the wood bit (the underside of the bath once I remove the side cover) and the other end into the wall.

Can anyone recommend one as I may need something flexible due to not knowing the gap difference between the wood bit and wall?

This can lead to leaks and a much bigger problem down the line, rather than try and add another bodge to fix the problem it would be much easier to just put the job right by refitting the bath.
