In support of my recent post about English Hardwoods, I have come across this Woodyard, Rustic Wood Barn. Having spoken to the lady who runs the business, it strikes me that this is another local business, with very traditional values. I am hopeful to be able to source some material for a project from them, but would encourage you to have a look at their website, and seriously consider using them to supply. Traditional values in business seem few and far between, and deserve our support.

I use this place also , very chilled and friendly , I’ve bought oak , ash and elm from them
Timber is on show marked up with a price , they have a website now also

When I’ve enquired about certain timber requirements I’ve received photos and prices quite quickly
