Afternoon all

Does anyone supply non standard straight bits? 9.2mm and 6.5 would be perfect. Its for doing stopped grooves for some box bases and lids. All in ply.

Cheers

I have never seen such odd sized bits ( which doesn't mean nobody makes them ) but could you not use and exact width jug and run the router along twice ?

Hi All

Thanks for the input.

Yes using one bit and taking two passes is definitely an option, but I have a batch of boxes I'm making and being stopped grooves just makes it that bit more of a faff.

hmmmm maybe I could make some shims!
