Polishing granite

I'm putting in a kitchen at home and would love a bit of advice as to whether or not I can polish the edges of cut 20mm granite which will go over a Belfast sink. I have diamond holesaws and a diamond blade for my tracksaw - I was going to go slowly, with lots of water and Youtube seems to suggest all will be well. I will try a trial cut first. Once the edges are cut - how tricky would it be to polish up the edges?

I think you need a set of diamond discs for a grinder/polisher.

I used to sell these to guys fitting kitchens but things may have moved on a bit since then.
