Hey chaps and chapesses,

I'm finding the time to do a bit more turning theas days and want to try my hand at pen turning.

So very simple, can one of you kind people recomend a good kit. Somthing that will have all I need to drill, mount, turn and construct a pen.

Sorry but there is no such kit to do all that you want it to do but your drilling can be done on the lathe with a jacob chuck in the tailstock and the appropriate drill bit which depends which type of pen kit you are using
or on a pillar drill pressing the pen parts is can also be done on the lathe by winding the tailstock onto the pen with the other end pressing on your headstock but you may want to get a pen mandrel and a set of bushings for each type of kit you turn or turn them between centers using a friction drive and your revolving center

the Sierra is a good kit, parker refills, nice writer & you can get the mechanical pencil to match too.
Pristina is a nice roller ball too.
