Here is the second piece I've made in this 'welded' style. This one is a fair bit smaller than the first and the hollow form measures 3 1/2" tall. The He hollow form and nut are sycamore and the threaded bar is Mahogany.

That's another great piece Johnny, you've achieved a level of metal look authenticity way above many in the metal and other industries fail to do when attempting to imitate the reverse as wood.

Craftsmanship, genius I'm not sure what terms have not been used here. To me these industrial artefacts are fantastic, from design and concept through to execution, finish and display faultless to my eyes. Great work.
