Like many of us (I expect) I often find myself wanting "another" clamp. this morning I had just glued up a shelf unit for my youngest wallet drainers bedroom and had moved on to the glue up for a utility room storage unit, but...... no clamps left on the rack, I only needed 4 for the unit so i went to homebase, not my favorite place to go to but it was local and I was in a hurry.
To cut a long story short i bought some of the homebase own brand clamps - very similar in design to a bessey duo clamp. First impressions are very good, plenty of pull and no slippage - yet
£9.99 for the 300mm and £13.29 for two 150mm, best of it all is that homebase take nectar points, so instead of letting the points pile up and then buying something i don't really need from argos or heaven forbid a bit off our weekly shop at sainsburys I've got something a bit useful for t'shop
