I like the overall shape and the natural edge - looks like it's moving, to me (by that I mean it looks like a piece in motion, not that it looks as if it is warping out of shape!!).

Thats what we like to see :D

Apart from satisfying the artistic cravings, this bit does add to the enjoyment I find. Paying the mortgage and eating intensify the experience too.

Nice bowl by the way.

That's a nicely balanced shape Woody, and I do like the satin finish too, it's a little thicker in the wall than I would probably turn, but I think I may go too thin sometimes, this looks a better combination of shape and wall thickness, I must convince myself to try that. I really like the feathering on the inside section, I know it's just one of those thing with timber, a nice surprise inside, but it really adds to the appeal of the thing, not surprised it has gone!
