ok it is an old beastie but still does a good job
Using it yesterday it didn't sound quite right. You can see why as the bolt was still in the gearbox and the cap missing. Fortunately the bolt didn't do a tour of the gears, it just sat there atop the gear it was supposed to be retaining and graunched.
Do Metabo do these as spare parts?
Any idea what thread it is?
Could it be left hand threaded?
Anyone got an old scrapper that could be robed?
