Makita thicknesser blades

Does any one know where or how I can convert a Makita 2012 thicknesser from the throwaway blades, to ones that can be re sharpened?

One idea would be to approach Doug who is on here as cutting solutions and sells all sorts of knives and saw blades. He may well know of a conversion method.
I should say though that most conversion kits are to go the other way eg from re-sharpenable to disposable.
Have you considered making a holder so that you can sharpen the disposable ones? I don't know how practical this would be.
