All depends upon what if anything you have already applied and what equipment you have.
Simplest is cellulose sanding sealer and Carnauba wax.
For a finish that will be even more resistant to handling cellulose sanding sealer and Microcrystalline wax.
Both of the above very much enhanced if you have a buffing system to prepare the sealed surface. (see my bits and pieces below)
Alternate if you want an even deeper gloss verging on a 'plastic' looking coating then sanding sealer followed by melamine lacquer, but melamine lacquer application on such a large piece is not easy to master as it skins rapidly and it is difficult to avoid build up streaks.
If you have not used it before then the spray version is easier to use, (spray can application is an art in itself though to avoid runs or misting bloom)
Once melamine enhanced lacquer has cured or at least started to cure (a couple of days) so that the skin is hardened you can use a buffing cream to increase the gloss and even out minor dust blemishes etc.
